Made with ripe mango, banana, and almond milk, this smoothie bowl recipe is a delicious way to get your daily dose of fruits and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 banana
- 100 ml almond milk
- 1 scoop Tony Ferguson GO Shake, Vanilla flavour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Tony Ferguson Honey (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Tony Ferguson Ground Cinnamon
- Fresh berries or diced fruits for topping
Chia seeds are a rich source of fibre, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. The seeds are also a great plant-based source of protein because they contain all nine essential amino acids.
Method
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your choice of fresh berries or diced fruits.
- Serve and enjoy immediately!
