Ingredients
- ½ cup Lifestyle Food Peanut Butter
- ⅓ cup sugar-free maple syrup
- ¼ cup oat flour
- 1 serving NPL Vegan Protein, Vanilla flavour
- 10g Lifestyle Food Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Method
- Whisk the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth, then stir through the protein powder and flour until a cookie dough texture forms
- Stir through choc chips once you’re able to roll the dough out into bites.
- Roll each one into a ball, then place each dough ball in into your silicone ice cube tray. freeze until set, about 20 min.
- Dunk in melted chocolate, then set back in the freezer to harden
- Remove from freezer, serve and enjoy!
