DOSAGE: (Adults): Mix 2–3 scoops into 500–750 ml cold water according to taste and shake vigorously. Add the powder to half water first, shake well and then add the rest of the water. This variety of complex carbohydrates may result in some settlement. Give your bottle one or two shakes every time you take a sip. This product should not replace a balanced/varied diet and lifestyle.
(Before a race): Drink half a serving by taking frequent sips from about 30 minutes leading to the start. (During long, strenuous endurance events or training sessions): Drink one full serving every 60–90 minutes by taking frequent sips. (After a race or training session): Drink one full serving immediately after activity by taking frequent sips over the duration of 10–20 minutes, for optimal recovery. (For general recovery): Drink after any duration activity session for optimal recovery.
