DOSAGE: Take 3 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach with a glass of water (at least 30 minutes prior to a meal, snack or workout). Start with 2 capsules to assess tolerance and increase the dosage to a maximum of 3 capsules (full dosage) as tolerated (Not recommended after 4 pm).
Take Phedra Cut Burn XT for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop use for 2 days before continuing again.
