DOSAGE: Mix 2 slightly rounded scoops (approx. 50g) with 300ml water in an NPL shaker and shake well. Use a light meal replacement or post workout shake. Consumer 1-2 servings per day, based on protein requirements. Health supplements are intended only to complement health or supplement the diet.
