Ingredients

  • 1½  cups buckwheat flour or oat flour
  • 1 large scoop Biogen Iso-Whey, Strawberry Shake flavour
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Milk (enough to achieve a smooth batter)
  • Fruit to top
  • Syrup and/or milk or yoghurt to serve

Method
