Ingredients
- 1 serving Lifestyle Food Whey Powder, unflavoured
- 125ml Lifestyle Food Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Lifestyle Food Low Fat Milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 tsp Lifestyle Food TurmericÂ
- ¼ tsp Lifestyle Food CinnamonÂ

Method
