Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 scoop Biogen Iso Whey Premium Protein, Vanilla Blast flavour
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt.
- 1/2 cup blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts
- Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
- Sprinkle of cinnamon.
- ¼ cup almond milk

Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to the package directions.
