Start your day with this protein collagen oats recipe for a double whammy of muscle-building vegan protein and collagen to support your skin, hair, nail and connective tissue health.

Ingredients

120ml coconut water

Topping

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Blend the oats to create an oat flour
  2. Mix protein, collagen powder, baking powder and coconut water together. Pour into a greased ramekin.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180’C for approx 18 minutes.
  4. Mix Greek yoghurt with vanilla extract and top the baked oats.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
