There are few treats as satisfying as the sweet taste of chocolate encasing the tropical flavour of coconut, but this recipe offers a protein twist.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Lifestyle Food Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop NPL Vegan Protein, Vanilla flavour
- 100g cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup Lifestyle Food Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate

Method
- Add the peanut butter, coconut flour, desiccated coconut and maple syrup to a bowl and mix well.
- Shape into 10 small bars and refrigerate while you melt the chocolate.
- Coat each bar in the melted chocolate and top with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate to set.
