This delicious Mini Blueberry Protein No-Bake Cheesecakes recipe is perfect as a high-protein dessert or snack for the week.
Ingredients for the crust
- 100g granola (i used digestive biscuits)
- 20g melted butterIngredients for the filling
- 150g cottage cheese
- 70g Greek yoghurt
- 80g blueberries

Instructions
- Crush or blend cookies into a fine crumb. Add to a bowl along with melted butter and mix until combined.
- Divide into 6 muffin papers and press into the bottom.
- Add cottage or cream cheese, yoghurt, blueberries, and protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide onto your cheesecake crusts and too with a couple of blueberries.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid then remove the paper cases and store in the fridge.
