- 2-3 bags Lifestyle Food Green Tea with Ginger
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 scoops protein powder, Vanilla flavour
- 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
- Pinch of salt

Method
- Add the Lifestyle Food Green Tea with Ginger tea bags to the water in a saucepan. Bring the water to a simmer and allow the tea bags to steep until the water becomes dark. Once infused, remove the tea bags from the water.
- Add the rolled oats, milk, vanilla protein powder, nut butter, and a pinch of salt to the infused. Stir well to combine all the ingredients, ensuring that the oats are evenly coated.
- Allow the oat mixture to cook over medium heat until the oats are soft and creamy, absorbing all the delicious flavours. Once cooked to your desired consistency, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Ladle the warm oatmeal into serving bowls and top with your choice of fresh fruit, a dollop of yoghurt, a sprinkle of matcha powder, a scattering of hemp seeds, and a drizzle of honey for sweetness.
