Ingredients
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 banana or 2-3 soft brown dates
- 1¼ cups Giraf Macadamia & Oat Milk
- ¼ cup sweetener (if needed)
- 2-3 mint leaves
- Fruit to serve
- Date caramel or chocolate nut butter to serve
Method
- Add the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and Giraf Macadamia Oat Milk to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
