- ¼ cup Lifestyle Food Rolled Oats, ground
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 80ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Honey
- 1 banana
- 2 egg whites
- Blueberries

Instructions
- Place the whole rolled oats in a blender or food processor. Pulse the oats in short bursts to achieve a consistency somewhere between a coarse flour and a sandy texture.
- Place the other ingredients in the blender and blend together to form the batter.
- Spray a medium non-stick pan.
- Add pancake batter to pan, cooking each pancake for 2-4 minutess each side.
- Top with honey, blueberries or toppings of your choice.
