These Choc-Mint Breakfast Crêpes are the ideal option as you can boost your protein content with various fillings – your imagination is the only limitation.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Lifestyle Food Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Lifestyle Food Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Lifestyle Food Flax Flour
- 1 scoop Biogen Iso-Whey Protein Powder
- 1 ½ cups Lifestyle Food Oat Milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup honey or sweetener of choice

Method
- Place all of the crêpe ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add a dollop of oil to a pan, add about ½ cup of the batter to a pan and fry each crêpe until brown on each side.
- Serve the crêpe with your choice of fresh fruits, mint, cacao nibs, Greek yoghurt and nut butter.
