Ingredients for the batter
- 25 g USN BlueLab 100% Whey
- 25 g Coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Sweetener of choice
- 85 ml water
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
Ingredients for the topping
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- Crushed nuts
- 1 banana
- Blueberries
