Ingredients
- 1 scoop NPL Pro Gains, Choc Biscuit flavour
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup low-fat yoghurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 Biscoff cookies, crushed

instructions
- In a bowl or jar, mix oats, almond milk, chia seeds and Pro Gains.
- Add maple syrup (optional) and stir until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, maple syrup (optional) and cocoa powder.
- Stir well and set the yoghurt mixture aside in the fridge.
- Once the oats have set, layer with the yoghurt mixture.
- Top with crushed Biscoff cookies.
