Elmien’s diet includes a balance of lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. “I try fuel my body with nutrient-dense meals to support my fitness goals. Quick-fire questions

  • What’s your favourite form of training? I love every form of it, from weights and resistance bands to functional training.
  • What is the most important lesson you’ve learnt on your journey? The hard work in the gym is complemented by the fuel you give your body through healthy eating. It’s about finding a balance between exercise and a nourishing diet to achieve your desired outcomes.
  • What advice do you wish you knew before you started weight training? Sustainable progress takes time and consistent effort. While it’s natural to crave quick changes, it’s important to shift your focus towards long-term goals and the journey itself, rather than fixating on rapid transformations.
