This Whey Pancake Bowl recipe is the perfect customisable breakfast option to start your morning your way with a dose of protein.
By combining buckwheat or oat flour with a scoop of strawberry-flavoured whey, you get a fluffy, protein-filled meal that’s ready for your favourite fruits and toppings.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups buckwheat flour or oat flour
- 1 large scoop Biogen Iso-Whey, Strawberry Shake flavour
- Sweetener (optional)
- Milk (enough to achieve a smooth batter)
- Fruit to top
- Syrup and/or milk or yoghurt to serve

Method
