Ingredients
- 4-5 Weet Bix cubes
- 2-3 cups milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional, or any choice you prefer)
- ¼ cup honey
- Sliced peaches (for topping)
- Seeds (for topping)
Method
- Mash the Weetbix with the milk, then stir in the protein powder and honey. Once combined, scoop the mixture into ramekins or a baking dish.
- Top with sliced peaches and a sprinkle of sugar or extra honey. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C until golden and bubbly.
