- 1 frozen banana
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1 tbsp Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolyzed Collagen
- 1½ cups milk or plant-based alternative
- Coconut cream, for serving
- Beet or berry powder, for garnish
