DOSAGE: Add 2 – 5 level scoops (100 – 250 g) with 240 – 600 ml of cold water or milk and consume 1 – 3 times daily. The total daily recommended dosage is 250 g (5 level scoops), which can be consumed in divided dosages throughout the day. Use as a post-training recovery drink with or in-between meals or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
WARNINGS: Consult with your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 12. Individuals 12 – 18 years of age should not exceed one serving per day. Tolerance of lactose is variable, please seek advice as to the role of lactose in the diet.
