DOSAGE: (For standard workouts): mix 1 scoop (5.3 g) with 150–200 ml water and stir or shake well. (For an extreme workout): mix 2 scoops (10.5 g) with 250–300 ml water and stir or shake well. Take 30–45 minutes prior to training.
