DOSAGE: Best taken at bedtime. During high intensity training, you can take an additional serving before training. The dosage can vary between 2–7 capsules a day, depending on the intensity of training. Capsules can be taken either at bedtime or divided between before training and bedtime.
Adhere to a 5 days on, 2 days off regime for a period of eight weeks. Take a two-week break thereafter.
