DOSAGE: Mix ±1 scoop (7,5 g) with 150-200 ml water. Consume 20-30 minutes before training. For an extreme workout (once tolerance has been established), increase to ±2 scoops (15 g) mixed with 250-300 ml water.
An adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product – have at least 8-12 large glasses of water per day.
