DOSAGE: (Adults): Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) daily, preferably on an empty stomach. An additional 15 ml (1 tablespoon) can be taken later in the day. Consume 30 to 60 minutes prior to training. On non-workout days, consume anytime throughout the day. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage of 30 ml (2 tablespoons). This product is indicated to assist weight loss as part of a weight management programme. Only effective when combined with a balanced, energy-restricted eating plan and regular physical activity.
