DOSAGE: (Adults): Take 4 veg capsules with 200–250 ml water, or a drink of your choice. Take 1 dosage prior to your workout and another dosage following your workout. For best results, take the last dosage prior to bedtime. Be sure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
