DOSAGE: Mix ±3 scoops (150 g) to 600-650 ml of cold water. Use a blender or handheld shaker for about 30 seconds. Consume 1 to 2 servings daily as snacks between meals. (Persons under 80 kg): Consume 2 servings per day for the first 5 days and only 1 serving per day thereafter. (Persons over 80 kg): Consume 2-3 servings per day for the first 5 days and 1-2 servings per day thereafter. The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g. Nutritional supplements should not replace a varied diet.
Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 – 12 large glasses of water per day.
