DOSAGE: (Adults): Mix 2 rounded scoops (women) or 3 rounded scoops (men) into 500 – 750 ml cold water and shake vigorously. Adjust water quantity according to your taste preference. It is recommended that the powder be added to half the water first, shaken and then the rest of the water should be added. Take note that the variety of complex carbohydrates may result in some sedimentation. Give your bottle one or two shakes every time before you take a sip. (Before Event): Consume half a serving by taking frequent sips from about 30 minutes leading to the start of the event. (During Event): For long, strenuous endurance events or training sessions, consume one full serving every 60 – 90 minutes by taking frequent sips. (After Event): For optimal recovery, consume a full serving immediately after the event, by taking frequent sips over the duration of 10 – 20 minutes. This product should not replace a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
