DOSAGE: (Muscle building): Mix ±2 rounded scoops (43 g) with 300-350 ml of cold water. (Creatine loading): Drink 4 servings daily for five days, then maintain at one to two servings daily. (Maintenance): Take 1 serving prior to and another serving directly after your workout. (For sprinting): Take 1 serving prior to training or event (e.g. during endurance event or swimming). The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
Hydration is important when taking this product. Remember to have at least 10-12 large glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: Avoid use if diagnosed with liver damage, kidney failure or Reye’s syndrome. High dosages may result in gastric disturbances – if symptoms prolong, reduce dosage or discontinue.
