DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS: (Microwave): Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a microwavable bowl. Add 150–200 ml of boiling water or milk. Stir well with a fork or spoon. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat this until you reach the desired consistency.
(Stovetop): Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a pot and add 150–200 ml boiling water or milk. Stir well with a fork or spoon. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until cooked. For a double serving use 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) Rice Crème with 300–400 ml water or milk.
(Best combined with/stir-in Ideas): Protein powder can easily be added to make a high-protein Rice Crème. You can also add nut butters to increase total energy and fatty acid levels.
