DOSAGE: (For a 21 g protein serving): Mix 1 scoop (31 g) into 200–250 ml of cold water. (For an optimal 42 g protein serving): Mix 2 scoops into 400-500 ml of cold water. Shake well for 30 seconds, wait for it to settle for 60 seconds. Shake again before drinking.
