DOSAGE: (15 g Carbohydrate serving): Mix ±1 scoop (18,5 g) into 150-200 ml cold water. (30 g Carbohydrate serving): Mix ±2 scoops (37 g) into 300-350 ml cold water. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more water to achieve desired taste and consistency. Can be mixed into your favourite non-carb supplements (pre-workouts, protein shakes and amino acids). (Pre-training): Take 1 serving 15-30 minutes pre-training, to spare muscle glycogen (storage form of glucose) and prevent early fatigue. During training: Take ½ a serving every 30 minutes to support glucose levels and sustain muscular output. (Post-training): For workouts up to 90 minutes consume 1 serving within 45 minutes post-training. For workouts lasting longer than 90 minutes, consume 1 serving post-training and another 1 serving 60 minutes later. Ideally consume 20 g of high quality protein post-training. Recommended daily consumption: Up to 2 servings.
It is essential to combine with an appropriate muscle gain training programme, as well as eating plan. This product is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of powder may occur, which may affect density of powder. This product contains the servings indicated when measured exactly by weight.
Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 – 12 large glasses of water per day.
