DOSAGE: Mix ±1 scoop (10 g) with 350–400 ml of cold water and stir or shake well. (For all-day energy): Drink in the morning, between meals and throughout the day. (For workout stamina): Drink 20–30 minutes before training. (For workout recovery): Drink immediately after training. As an afternoon pick-me-up: drink during afternoon. Do not exceed two servings per day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product is indicated to assist weight loss as part of a weight management programme. Only effective when combined with a balanced, energy-restricted eating plan and regular physical activity.
Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 – 10 large glasses of water per day.
Close thoroughly after use, and aim to finish container within 1 month of opening for the first time. This product is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of powder may occur, which may affect density of powder. This product contains the servings indicated when measured exactly by weight.
