DOSAGE: Mix ±1 scoop (5.5g) with 150 – 200 ml water, protein powder or mass gainer. Take 1 – 2 servings daily, 30 minutes before or immediately after exercise, or non-training days, after waking up. Servings may be doubled, if required. (Creatine loading phase): The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
Hydration is important when taking this product. Have at least 8 – 12 large glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: Consult a healthcare provider prior to long-term use or if you have liver or kidney disease. Not recommended for pregnant/lactating women and individuals under the age of 18. Avoid use if diagnosed with liver damage, kidney failure or Reye’s syndrome. High dosages may result in gastric disturbances – if symptoms prolong, reduce dosage or discontinue.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. For best results an appropriate muscle building eating and training programme should be followed. May result in weight gain. Sufficient protein is provided in normal well-balanced daily meals.
