SUGGESTED USE: Rinse seeds thoroughly before cooking. Combine ½ cup (125 g) quinoa and 1 cup (250 ml) water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pan, cook for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is tender and all the water has been absorbed. Use a fork to separate and fluff up the quinoa right before serving.
