MAKE THE PERFECT CUP OF OOLONG TEA:
- Boil water and let cool for 2 minutes (Boiling water will bruise the leaves causing a bitter taste).
- Pour heated water into a cup containing 1 teabag and steep for 2-3 minutes (Over steeping will give a punchier taste but sacrifice aroma).
- Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
