SUGGESTED USE: Add 1-2 teaspoons of activated charcoal powder to 1 tablespoon of water to form a paste, then slowly add more water until the desired consistency is reached. Recommended for short term use only. To improve the taste try adding charcoal powder to smoothies or pressed juices. One teaspoon (5ml) of activated charcoal is ± 2g.
WARNINGS: Do not use dry charcoal powder, always mix well with liquid and avoid inhalation. Seek advice from a healthcare practitioner if you have any medical conditions. Do not consume with medication unless it is under the supervision of a healthcare provider. Discontinue use immediately should any adverse reactions occur. Consumption of activated charcoal may result in constipation and/or black stools.
