DOSAGE: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of tap water, allow to effervesce and drink three times daily. The high level of herbal components in 3-DAY DETOX might require you to gently stir after the effervescent tablet has dissolved. Do not take it at bedtime.
