DOSAGE: Mix one (1) sachet with 750ml of water (to taste). If you would prefer a stronger, more salty mix, reduce the volume of water to 500ml / 250ml. Alternatively mix one (1) sachet with 1 litre of water for a refreshing and lightly salted daily electrolyte drink mix. Add ice for extra chill. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
