DOSAGE: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 150 ml of cold water or fat-free milk in a shaker. Mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds. For optimum results, take 1 serving before and directly after your workout. Have 2 – 5 servings daily. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
