DOSAGE: Take 1 dose (3 capsules) once daily, upon waking. Use for a period of 30 days, followed by a 1 week break before starting use again. For contest preparation or an event, dosage can be increased to 2 doses per day. Should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Hydration is important when taking this product, increase water intake to 2-3 litres per day.
