DOSAGE: Take 1 capsule once a day before meals to aid cognitive function and impaired concentration. Can be used twice daily whenever an added boost is required to assist with stress & anxiety, mental clarity and concentration. Do not exceed the maximum recommended intake of two capsules per day.
