CREATINE: A loading phase is recommended before maintenance.
LOADING PHASE: For the first 5 days of use, consume 2 teaspoons mixed into 250ml protein- or carbohydrate-rich liquid such as fruit juice or your favourite Muscle Junkie protein shake 4-5 times per day.
MAINTENANCE: Consume 1-2 teaspoons per day mixed into a protein- or carbohydrate-rich liquid.
GLUTAMINE: Mix 2 teaspoons of 100% Pure L-Glutamine into water or any liquid and consume 1-3 servings per day as per individual requirements.
