SUGGESTED USE: (Stove top): Add 1 cup (160g) steel cut oats, 3 cups (750 ml) water, and a pinch of salt to a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for 20-30 minutes (20 minutes for a chewy texture; 30 minutes for a soft texture). Allow to stand for 2 minutes and serve warm. Add your favourite combination of milk, honey, nuts, seeds and stewed or fresh fruit.
