COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat oil and popcorn kernels in a pot on high heat and cover. After a few minutes, the kernels will start to pop. To ensure even heating, shake the pot occasionally. Once the popping slows down, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute. Pour into a serving bowl and top with butter and salt.
