COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring water to a boil in a large pot over medium heat. Slowly add the polenta to the pot, whisking constantly until there is no lumps. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, whisking occasionally, until polenta is smooth and thoroughly cooked.
