RECIPE SUGGESTION: FLAPJACK RECIPE. Makes ±12 flapjacks.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Electric Mixer.
- Scale (preferably electronic) / Measuring Jug.
- Mixing Bowl.
- Spatula.
- Non-stick Frying Pan.
INGREDIENTS:
- Lifestyle Food Flapjack Mix 375 g.
- 200 g / ml Milk or Almond Milk
- 3 Large Eggs.
METHOD:
- Empty premix into a mixing bowl.
- Add milk and eggs, and combine with spatula..
- Mix contents with an electric mixer into a smooth batter.
- Pour 60 ml of batter into a lightly greased non-stick pan.
- Cook for ±60-90 seconds on either sides or until golden brown.
- Cooking times vary due to fluctuations in stove temperature.
