CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE: Makes ±16 brownies.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- 20 cm Square Baking Tin
- Scale (preferably electronic) / Measuring Jug.
- Mixing Bowl.
- Spatula & Whisk.
- Cooling Rack.
INGREDIENTS:
- Lifestyle Chocolate Brownie Mix 375 g.
- 1 x Large Egg.
- 45 g / ml Water.
- 60 g Butter, melted & cooled.
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 160 ÌŠC.
- Whisk egg and sugar. Add premix, butter and water, and mix thoroughly with spatula.
- Spoon dough into well-greased baking tin.
- Place in the middle rack in the oven and bake for ±30 minutes.
- Cool for ±20 minutes in the tin before turning out and allow it to cool further on wire rack.
VEGAN RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
- Lifestyle Food Chocolate Brownie Muffin Mix – 375 g.
- 80 g / ml Almond Milk.
- 80 g / ml Vegetable Oil.
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180 ÌŠC.
- Whisk oil and sugar. Add premix, and combine thoroughly with a spatula.
- Spoon dough into well-greased baking tin.
- Place in the middle rack in oven and bake for ±30 minutes.
- Cool for ±30 minutes in tin before turning out and allow it to cool further on wire rack.
