RECIPE SUGGESTION: CHOC CHIP MUFFIN RECIPE. Makes ±6 muffins.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- 6 Cup Muffin Tray.
- Scale (preferably electronic) / Measuring Jug.
- Mixing Bowl.
- Spatula & Whisk.
- Cooling Rack.
INGREDIENTS:
- Lifestyle Food Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 375 g.
- 2 Large Eggs.
- 100 g / ml Filtered water or 125 g / ml Milk.
- 60 g Butter, very soft.
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 160 ̊C.
- Whisk water and eggs in mixing bowl.
- Add pre-mix and soft butter, and combine contents with spatula (DO NOT over mix).
- Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin tray.
- Bake for ±21-23 minutes.
- Allow to cool for ±5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
VEGAN RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
- Lifestyle Food Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 375 g.
- 200 g / ml Almond Milk.
- 60 g / ml Vegetable Oil.
- 3 g (1⁄2 Tsp.) Double-acting Baking Powder.
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 160 ̊C.
- Add almond milk and oil in a mixing bowl.
- Add pre-mix and baking powder, and combine contents with spatula (DO NOT over mix).
- Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin tray.
- Bake for ±21-23 minutes.
- Allow to cool for ±5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
